Returns & Exchanges

RareDesignz exchange policy.

RareDesignz understands ordering online is not easy at all. However, due to the materials being sold, we do not accept jewelry and sunglasses once sold.  We are happy to exchange handbags for store credit or for another item of equal or lesser value.

Exchange Guidelines

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

All returned items must be in their original condition. Any returned items that appear to have been used or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.

All items are returned to RareDesignz at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to RareDesignz. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.

RareDesignz reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.
